Do I need to be a Hot Swap customer to refer someone?
No. Anyone can refer. You don't need to have used us yourself.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit. Send as many as you want. Each one that completes an install pays you $100.
What if they call us directly without filling out this form?
As long as they tell us who sent them when they call, we'll connect the dots and you'll get the reward. The form is just easier and faster.
How long does it take to get paid?
Within 7 days of their install completion. We send Venmo same day or mail a Visa gift card within a week.
Can I refer multifamily or commercial leads?
Yes — though commercial referrals work a little differently because the deal sizes vary. Use the form, mention it's a multifamily or commercial property in the notes, and we'll talk you through the structure.
What counts as a completed install?
A completed install is one where the customer has paid in full and the work is finished. Quotes, deposits, or partial work don't count.
